How much do you charge for your services?
Fees range from $1,750-$12,000 per month. Our fees depend on the assets managed, as well as each family's personal needs. We will be happy to meet with you in your home to discuss your needs and prepare a personalized proposal for your estate.
How can my family trust your company?
The very nature of our business demands the absolute highest standards for honesty, discretion, and confidentiality. We could not operate without all of our employees being extensively screened and held to these standards. As you would expect, we are fully insured and bonded for further peace of mind.
What if my property/estate management needs change?
As with any important relationship, we will grow and adapt as you do. Making changes to your property/estate management needs is as easy as letting us know, and one of our staff will sit down with you to address and further refine your personalized plan.
How much do I have to be involved in the decision making process?
The primary reason Crown Estate Management was founded was to take the hassle and frustration out of the decision making process. Of course, as a Crown Client, you have the final say in any decisions to be made and conversely can enable Crown to handle most of them for you. Streamlining your life is what we specialize in!
