Our vendor and contractor list is provided for our discerning clients that want their property kept to the highest standard but like to manage it on their own.

Crown Estate Management has used contractors and vendors for many services for many years.  We find that some homeowners of medium to large homes like to manage their property themselves and we therefore have assembled our list of professional contractors and vendors for them.

Each of our contacts (vendors) has been screened through our 5 step approval process to work in their various fields of expertise.  Many of these contacts, maybe including yourself, have worked on our multi-million dollar estates and are subject to our 5 star rating system.  As a vendor, your company will be rated by our clients that use your services on their properties.

-Your companies biography and business history
-Appropriate licenses, insurance requirements and permits in PDF format
-Service staff photos and names
-Service vehicle photos
-Your reference list

-Pricing list (if applicable)
-List of specials you may be running (emailed to our clients)

5 Star Rating System

-Rated by Crown staff and Crown clients only
-If a vendor obtains a 1 star rating from 3 clients they are off the Crown list
